This one year specialization year (45 - 60 credits) offers the knowledge and skills needed to design services and spaces, objects and experiences for socially oriented design challenges. Students develop, in an international class setting, their knowledge of user-centred experiences, the service context and research for design. The major goal is to develop sustainable added value for the clients and users of (semi-)public services and spaces.
